The Night of the Darkness

'The Edge of Nightfall' (©2016/17/18), is an adventure series with sci/fi - horror overtones I have created and am currently re-editing in anticipation of having the three volumes published (e-book/on demand) within the next year or two, along with a companion board game.

​

'The Night of the Darkness' (abridged version ©2016/17/18), the first volume in the series, is available in a free to read or share (but not to reproduce) serialised blog version via wordpress, facebook and Tumblr for a limited time.   The blogs are output roughly every two weeks as each chapter is re-edited.

​

There is, occasionally, an unexpected side track to the blogs release schedule and that is the fact that new chapters are occasionally created mid edit which can cause the odd delay in an episode release.  To date there have been seven (unexpected) new chapters created between episode 1 and episode 25.   This had not been an expectation when the blog was first created as I had believed the book to have been all but completed, requiring a few minor edits to spelling and grammar, however I believe that the introduction of the new chapters will be of a great benefit to a reader of the complete series.   So please forgive me for future delays and I truly hope that you like the story regardless of the bumpy journey the blog may take occasionally.

Should 'wordpress' fail to go straight to "Episode 1: start here" AUTOMATICALLY type 'start here' in the wordpress 'search' field.   For any other chapter type in 'EPISODE (number)' as required.  eg;EPISODE 7.    NB: 'START HERE' is not case sensitive.

SPECIAL NOTE:   THE BOOK IS IN EPISODE FORMAT - NOT CHAPTER FORMAT, COMMENCING WITH EPISODE 1 - 'HISTORICAL EVENT'.   WORDPRESS HAD DIFFICULTY WITH EPISODE 1, CONSTANTLY GOING DIRECTLY TO EPISODE 11), SO I CHANGED 'EPISODE 1' TO 'START HERE'.
