(A QUICK OVERVIEW)
TO VIEW AVAILABLE BOOKS
DRAW-IT-YOURSELF BOOKS are stories designed for children at various ages, and they have been especially written in a style which is similar to a Saturday afternoon movie serial or radio broadcasts from the forties and fifties, as each page usually ends up in a cliff hanger which concludes at the beginning of the next page.
CONCEPT:
The books are written with each text page printed on the left hand page of an open book. The right hand page is empty other than for a single line suggestion to what images belong on this page and the print can easily be drawn over
HOW TO USE
The pages are held together by plastic combs so the pages (numbered) can be extracted with the aid of a comb binder should the artist prefer to temporarily remove the pages from the book while creatingthe images. PLEASE NOTE: All responsibility for books that have had the pages removed and reinserted is with the user.
PAGES
The pages used in the main part of the book are 110 gsm CARTRIDGE PAPER which, according to its manufacturer's promotion, can take paint, pencil or charcoal. The size and shape of the book is A4 LANDSCAPE.
